Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, helping our customers get the most from their experience. You'll become an expert in our platform, teaching financial advisors how to get the most from it, and solving complex problems that arise. Our business is growing rapidly, and we need talented individuals like you to ensure we deliver the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the blithequark platform and its features, teaching financial advisors how to get the most from it
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and provide solutions, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, releases, and changes, communicating these to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention

Essential Qualifications

* College graduate with a degree in finance, business, or a related field

  • High-energy, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to think critically
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems within a short time
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Major in finance or business

  • Interest in or knowledge of the financial advisory business
  • Prior experience supporting a software product
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
