Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for: -

Customer Support:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring high-quality support and assistance in a timely manner. -

Problem Solving:

Identify, assess, and resolve customer issues efficiently, employing a problem-solving approach to navigate challenges and deliver satisfactory solutions. -

Product Knowledge:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. -

Collaboration:

Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure complex issues are resolved and customer needs are met. -

Documentation:

Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions provided in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and reporting. -

Customer Feedback:

Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the management team to drive continuous improvement of products and services. -

Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, processes, and policies; share knowledge and training with new team members as needed. -

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor personal performance metrics, strive for excellence, and set personal improvement goals to contribute positively to team KPIs.

Requirements

### Qualifications -

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. -

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years in a customer support role, preferably in a technical or complex product environment. -

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with chat support software, CRM tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ### Personality Traits -
