As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:- Participating in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role
- Providing exceptional customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Using your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats to provide awesome customer service
- Committing to and following through on working a minimum number of hours per week, with the flexibility to choose from a range of shifts and schedules
- Being accountable in all areas of work with us, including meeting performance targets and adhering to our high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:Standard Requirements
- At least 6 months of customer service experience and/or administrative experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- A quiet home office with a computer/laptop, headset, and reliable/strong internet connection (with a minimum download speed of 5Mbs and upload speed of 3Mbs)
- Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong spelling and grammar skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
- Ability to work hard and strive to make customers happy, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
Technical Requirements
- Computer with a CPU i5 (or equivalent) processor, with i7 recommended
- Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum, with a maximum latency of 250 MS
- Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum
- Operating System Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit)
- RAM 4GB minimum, with 8GB recommended
- A home office set up with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
- A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes (Chromebooks, ipads, or similar devices are not acceptable)

Compensation and Benefits
