As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll leverage your internet navigation expertise and customer service skills to guide our clients' customers through our websites, providing them with the information, services, and products they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading our clients' customers through a variety of requests via our Click-to-Chat application. Your tasks will include:

  • Providing effective, pro-active, and re-active online chat support for customers and prospective customers visiting our clients' websites
  • Establishing a rapport and building confidence in our clients' brand recognition by proactively promoting their products and services
  • Educating consumers via Click-to-Chat and email about current products, packages, and incentives, while generating product excitement and driving customers to action
  • Maintaining knowledge, understanding, and compliance with state regulations and company policies
  • Documenting detailed status of all interactions, indicating appropriate outcome and follow-up requirements
  • Ensuring maximum service level, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and personal goals are met, while following all policies, procedures, and controls
  • Meeting specified goals and sales conversion metrics as set by blithequark and/or our clients, while maintaining high quality standards and adherence to all client requirements

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead clients' customers through a variety of requests via the Click-to-Chat application, including: + Detailed product information + Configurations/availability + Sales incentives/campaign fulfillment + Dealer locations/inventory searches + Brochure fulfillment + Test drive appointment scheduling + General information and/or questions

  • Provide effective online chat support for customers and prospective customers visiting various client websites
  • Establish a rapport and build confidence in the client brand recognition by proactively promoting client products and services
  • Educate consumers via Click-to-Chat and email about current products, packages, and incentives
  • Maintain knowledge, understanding, and compliance with state regulations and company policies
  • Document detailed status of all interactions, indicating appropriate outcome and follow-up requirements
  • Ensure maximum service level, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and personal goals are met

Essential Qualifications:

* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Ability to compose professional emails (a plus)
  • Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online chat environment

  • Knowledge of internet navigation and online research techniques
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles
