What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues and provide support * Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers * Operating with empathy, understanding, and kindness to customers and team members alike * Utilizing active listening skills to ensure that customers feel heard and valued * Collaborating with teammates and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices * Adapting to changing business needs and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with the ability to adapt to different communication styles * Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English * Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and internet research * Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to pass a background check Technical Requirements To ensure that you can perform the requirements of this role, you will need: * A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam * A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed) * A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify * A quiet, distraction-free workspace with minimal background noise Why blithequark Customer Service?
