With our system, you can close deals directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system. If a customer needs to talk over the phone, you can help them yourself or assign the lead to one of our closers to help you close the deal.

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and follow up on leads
- Encourage customers to place an order and close deals directly on the chat
- Assign leads to closers if necessary
- Utilize our system to send invoices and track sales
