Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team at blithequark. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our store partners and customers through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls from store partners and customers in a timely and professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
- Documenting customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, in a clear and concise manner
- Conducting basic research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a dynamic environment
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and quality standards
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
- Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
