Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Supply Chain Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Logistics Data Management: Manage and update logistics data for assigned vendors with precision and timeliness, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
• Vendor Relationship Development: Identify and resolve any vendor or local delivery challenges that may arise, proactively communicating with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as required.
• Problem-Solving and Escalation: Escalate complex problems to supervisors for resolution when necessary, utilizing your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to find effective solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various teams to rectify inaccurate merchant data and ensure consistency, utilizing your excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and team members.
• Data Collection and Alignment: Collect item-level data from merchants and align it with internal item numbers and descriptions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
