What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Collaborating with customers, consumers, and delivery drivers to resolve issues and improve the overall delivery experience
• Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating to senior team members when required
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction
• Working closely with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience

What You'll Need

To succeed as a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, you'll need:

• The ability to multitask on a computer while on a phone call, using multiple applications with ease
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document information and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10-key)
• A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
