Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide solutions to customers' problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
