Job Summary

As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the overall success of our retail pharmacy chain.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the overall success of our retail pharmacy chain
  • Perform data entry tasks, including processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills, with experience in retail pharmacy environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail pharmacy environment, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and customer service principles

  • PTCB certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescriptions
  • Experience with store stock control and inventory management
  • Proficient in PC skills, with experience in retail pharmacy software and systems
