Key Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Logistics & Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling all shipments with various carriers to ensure timely delivery of product
- Establishing and coordinating schedules with carriers and tendering shipments
- Preparing all necessary shipping documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable transportation regulatory requirements
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure efficient logistics operations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Identifying and resolving logistical issues and implementing process improvements
Abilities Required
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS & WCS Software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
- Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, and analytical ability
- Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Education and/or Experience
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of logistics transportation experience
- Experience in preparing shipping documentation and coordinating schedules with carriers
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS & WCS Software
