Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Call Center at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to customers across multiple industries, including roadside assistance, telecommunications, mass media entertainment, home improvement retail, electricity retail, hospitality, travel, and tourism. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.

  • Probe to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, as well as assist with billing questions, process payments, and adjust service plans.
  • Dispatch service providers to assist customers when applicable, and provide status updates on products and services.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to up-sell products and services, building sustainable relationships with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

* Authorized to work in the United States

  • US resident (any state except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calling
  • Analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Multilingual or bilingual proficiency

  • Sales and upselling experience
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience working in a call center environment
