Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and positivity of our online communities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring chat activity to identify and address any behavior that violates community standards or terms of service
  • Responding to user reports and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other moderators and community managers to develop and implement effective moderation strategies
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our community guidelines and moderation policies

  • Identifying and escalating any serious issues or concerns to senior moderation staff or other relevant teams
