Description:

As a cabin crew member, you will be part of a diverse team responsible for enhancing the onboard experience for our passengers. This entails following safety procedures, providing efficient service, and resolving any in-flight issues efficiently. Ideal candidates are adaptable, personable, and have a genuine passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard the aircraft. – Conduct pre-flight briefings on safety and emergency procedures. – Deliver high-quality customer service and manage in-flight sales of food, beverages, and duty-free items. – Assist passengers with special needs, and provide support in emergency situations. – Maintain knowledge of current in-flight service protocols and standards. – Collaborate with pilots and ground staff to communicate and manage flight activities.

Requirements:

– Minimum age of 21 years. – High School diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous. – Ability to relocate as required and to operate on a flexible schedule. – Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. – Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. – Physical ability to manage luggage stowing, standing and walking for long periods.

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma is essential. Additional certifications in hospitality, customer service, or safety are highly regarded.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not necessary. Extensive training will be provided to help you meet the standards of expertise and professionalism required.
