You'll collaborate closely with our clients, working hand-in-hand to translate campaign strategies into impactful initiatives that drive results. You'll guide our project team to success, ensuring seamless execution, efficient operations, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform for our clients across various channels
• Configure and customize the Braze platform to implement agreed-upon strategies and campaigns
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze’s messaging capabilities
• Utilize Braze's segmentation and personalization features to tailor campaigns to specific audience segments.
• Collaborate with the strategy team or other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver lasting results.
• Manage and analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior and trends.
• Master Braze and its features to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our clients' success.
• Relevant document and reporting creation (e.g Measure and report on the performance metrics of executed campaigns..etc)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist in the CRM space
• Strong skills in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
• Attention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing
• Understanding of relational databases and data structures
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment (e.g., agency, client-facing role..etc)
• Experience working an agency setting or client facing roles
• Fluency in English and Italian Language is a Must

Helpful skills

• ​​Braze Certifications ( i.e Practitioner, Marketer)
• ​​Extensive experience working with Braze platform, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing its features
• ​​Experience in data analysis leveraging SQL
