Join our Team as a Lean Consultant! The Role: We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Lean Consultant to join the Toyota/Raymond Lean Management (TLM/RLM) team. In this role, you'll bring energy, curiosity, and proven expertise in continuous improvement to help transform organizations through the power of the Toyota Production System. You'll collaborate with diverse teams across North America, supporting dealerships and customers in eliminating waste, driving efficiency, and fostering a true culture of continuous improvement. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and mentoring leaders to reach their full potential, this is the place for you. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with dealership and customer leadership teams to develop and implement Lean improvement strategies.

Where and When You'll Work:

  • This role is fully remote within United States. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a passion for what you do.
  • Since travel is primarily by air, living near a major airport is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to manage an autonomous schedule aligned with the needs of dealerships and customers.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary-$94,000 - $133,700 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience. World Class Benefits:
