This position will have the opportunity to lead the Program Production Planning and Control team across Dallas Heritage sites in support of a large program in the lower tier portfolio. The Program Production Planning and Control team is responsible for requirements identification and creation through delivery including Development, Production and Sustainment Demand. Relocation: Relocation assistance is possible for this exciting position. Basic Qualifications - Leadership experience with demonstrated performance driving continuous improvement with MRP/ERP. - Fundamental understanding of all aspects of Production Planning and Control including; Master Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Material Flow control. - Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple functions (these include Program management, production operations, quality, global supply chain, and engineering). - Must have ability to obtain a US Government issued Security Clearance - Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired skills - SAP Knowledge and Experience - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained / certified - APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) - Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout a production supply chain.
