Description The Sales team at Candid Health is expanding after a very strong year. We are looking for an SDR who will focus on continuing to build the top of funnel pipeline for our Account Executive team through strategy and outbound heavy efforts.   • Create messaging for outbound campaigns to new customers via cold calling, emailing, and meetings while targeting Physician organizations, MSOs, and PE-backed roll ups ranging from mid-market to large enterprise.
  • Use Salesforce and other Sales Automation tools to track sales metrics against company quotas.
  • Use prospecting tools to identify decision makers and companies to target.
  • Qualifying and contacting inbound requests.
  • You will be heavily involved in the beginning discovery and qualification phase of the sales process.
  • Partner with account executives to help generate new business by handing off heavily qualified leads.
  • Build out the sales playbook to use for current and future sellers.
  • Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using CRM software. Keep accurate records of all interactions and update relevant information to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and target clients' needs. Continuously educate yourself on the company's products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate and differentiate from competitors.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a position involving strategic outreach, where building meaningful connections is a key focus (experience as an SDR or Business Development is a plus, but not required).
  • You are confident and comfortable making cold calls.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are goal oriented and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • You exemplify organization, discipline, and resourcefulness in your work.
  • You are constantly looking for areas of improvement for yourself and the sales strategy.

Pay Transparency The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $67-80k + OTE. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
