What You'll Be Doing: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions
• Resolving escalated or complex customer issues with empathy and a solution-focused approach
• Providing product or service knowledge to customers, either through phone calls, emails, or chats

What You Bring to the Role: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Computer experience and a high-speed internet connection (>25mbps)

Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
• Knowledge of customer service software and technology
• Fluency in additional languages, such as Portuguese or French
