- Must be a current Arizona resident
- Active NMLS license (or ability to reactivate)
- Successful completion of the SAFE exam
- At least one year of mortgage lending experience
- Ability to meet state and federal MLO licensing requirements, including pre-license education, state and federal testing, and background checks
- Strong ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for helping others Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze applicants’ financial status, credit history, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility
- Educate and guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they understand their options
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and collecting necessary documentation for approval
- Utilize mortgage sales technology, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM tools, and credit vendor systems
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and third-party vendors throughout the mortgage process
- Obtain required state mortgage licenses within the first 45 days of employment Qualifications
- Must be a current Arizona resident
