Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, while promoting blithequark's products and services.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications, including CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage is a plus.
