Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connect with customers: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly resolve issues: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalate interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track call information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback: Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell: Upsell if required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely: Ability to work in a virtual team environment
  • Customer service experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Age requirement: Over 18 years of age
  • Typing speed: Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED
  • Computer skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems, proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you will need:

  • Internet requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed: Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace: A clean and quiet workspace to ensure your productivity and well-being
