Job Summary

As an Experienced Talent Manager – Administrative and Customer Support, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue. You will work closely with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase blithequark's presence in the local business community
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective business strategies
  • Analyze and report on business performance and identify areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing new business and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working in the administrative and customer support industry
  • Knowledge of current Windows Operating System and Contact Management Application (Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations
