Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • May be required to participate in special projects or initiatives to address client support issues

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a customer service or support role

  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
  • Familiarity with self-service tools and other digital platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
