Position type: Full-time Location: Remote Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the end‑to‑end workflow of the Pricing Predictive Analytics team, focusing on operational effectiveness rather than technical modeling.
• Map the full operational lifecycle from model development to regulatory filing to objection handling, identifying inefficiencies and proposing targeted improvements.
• Implement and manage an Azure Dev Ops board to support backlog grooming, sprint planning, capacity tracking, and display live KPIs for real‑time visibility.
• Design and roll out a standardized task taxonomy and template set to improve repeatability and reduce variability across filings and objections.
• Define and document a scalable staffing model based on two operational scenarios.
• Produce a comprehensive operational process playbook documenting best practices, role responsibilities, tools, and governance. Pay Range and Benefits Pay range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year, based on education, work experience, location, duties and certifications. Benefits are provided by the client as this is a Direct Hire position.
