We are searching for a curious, full of energy, motivated Project Coordinator! The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and eager to grow their project management and research skills within a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment. You will:

  • Act as a liaison between management and individual team members, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Maintain close working relationships across all team members and functions
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and track day‑to‑day tasks, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met
  • Serve as an intermediary between clients and internal staff, independently handling routine requests and questions
  • Organize and lead meetings to discuss ongoing issues, follow up on action items, and keep communication flowing
  • Provide administrative and operational support while proactively identifying gaps and improvement areas
  • Take ownership of operational decisions within your scope, making independent decisions on day‑to‑day matters and escalating when needed
  • Be a vital part of internal decision‑making by providing input, recommendations, and structured information to management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination, operations of creative/design teams
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
  • Direct, organized, proactive, and accessible communication style
  • Ability to make independent decisions within defined responsibilities
  • Administrative or managerial experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus
