Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and effectively, from receipt at the terminal to dispatching for transport. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any exceptions or issues that may arise during the shipping process, such as damage, short shipments, or misshipments.Key Responsibilities• Utilize Wayfair's stock systems and tools to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently• Identify and resolve exceptions or issues that may arise during the shipping process, such as damage, short shipments, or misshipments• Coordinate with client care and other support teams to resolve any customer-related issues• Print and prepare any necessary documentation for shipping and logistics• Provide feedback on processes and tools to help improve the overall efficiency of the logistics operation• Support client care and other support teams in maintaining high customer satisfactionRequirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in logistics and transportation, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
