Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

- Continuously enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals

- Maintaining accurate record data according to established procedures and protocols
- Demonstrating integrity and compliance with all regulatory and consistency rules related to servicing and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- At least two years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a customer service and sales environment
- Proven ability to work in a high-speed, metrics-driven environment with strong multitasking and navigation skills in an online setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs
