Job Summary

As an AWS Customer Service Manager, you'll lead and manage an elite team of customer support professionals, driving exceptional customer experiences and achieving top-notch performance metrics. You'll be responsible for interpreting the vision, providing guidance, and ensuring individual and team performance objectives are met. Your contributions will significantly impact arenaflex's success by leveraging customer feedback, driving continuous improvement through contact reduction, and building customer support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the daily activities of the team, ensuring overall efficiency, quality, and delivery of business services.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive business case quality and metrics, monitor trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop clear work cycles to enhance and improve team performance, identify and support deliberate process improvements.
  • Communicate business updates, needs, goal status, and challenges to clients, partners, and management.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of cloud-based design, technical details, and customer needs.
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate them to management, clients, and partners with plans for mitigation.
  • Effectively communicate with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Focus on underlying driver goals and functional excellence, collaborating with business stakeholders to streamline processes and implement upgrades.
  • Foster team growth by providing guidance, executing training and mentorship programs.
  • Ensure team managers have a clear understanding of performance standards and metrics used to measure performance.
  • Oversee team performance and conduct issues, consider teams responsible for performance, implement progress plans, and raise the performance bar.
  • Empower team members to contribute to conversations, support their ideas, and enable autonomous navigation.

Essential Capabilities

* 4+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in Customer Services or similar elite performance functional groups.

  • 3+ years of experience building teams and employee development plans.
  • Proven experience driving projects to improve support-related processes.
  • Strong relational, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation), and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.

Preferred Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Science, or Business.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with AWS technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Success and reporting.
