As an Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer – Integration and Governance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of retail technology. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to design and implement software integrations that meet the needs of a scalable and agile organization.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced IAM Developer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
  • Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
  • SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
  • Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
  • Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding

What You'll Contribute

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

  • Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
  • Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
  • A tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation

Minimal Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimal qualifications:

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Option 2: 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
  • Experience with SailPoint, IIQ, and other relevant technologies
  • Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
