Job Description

As a Customer Support Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our services. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via email, chat, and phone. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:
