Job Description:

As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: ### Key Responsibilities:

• 30%: Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
• 20%: Utilize data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, driving business decisions and optimization.
• 20%: Maintain the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• 20%: Develop additional technical skills and domain expertise within the analytics team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• 10%: Present findings in easily understandable ways, focusing on how the data analysis contributes to the overall business strategy.

### Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports:

• This position reports to a Senior Manager.
• This position has no direct reports.

### Travel Requirements:

• Occasionally requires travel under 10% of the time.

### Physical Requirements:

• Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about.
• Occasionally may require standing, walking, or lifting light objects.

### Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor environment.
• Any unpleasant conditions would be inconsistent and not surprising.

### Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, reporting, and estimation.
• Previous experience working with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar database systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

### Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Certification in data analysis or related field.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
