The Role

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team and drive growth and excellence in our assigned territory. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Direct the regions sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives

  • Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Direct sales performance in specified regions
  • Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactive performance management
  • Develop strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
  • Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to sales needs
  • Lead difficult sales negotiations, particularly with larger prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

* Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians and executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the medical device industry and market trends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a medical device company or a similar industry

  • Strong understanding of clinical and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
