Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Chat Agent. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their queries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat requests from customers, providing assistance with their queries and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Determine customer needs and provide proper solutions, including answering general questions about arenaflex's products and services, investigating complex issues related to online orders, shipping, and delivery.
  • Consider and offer solutions as needed, using your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Work as the primary point of contact between arenaflex's customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff.
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering chats.
  • Use critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to determine request/item/conveyance issues.

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program.
  • Past customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, computer, and business writing skills are required.
  • Ability to type at a minimum speed of 30 wpm.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and exceptional closure.

  • Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take ownership and tackle issues.
  • Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
