Key Responsibilities:

As a customer support specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting technical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with our products and services
  • Performing mechanical services and light maintenance on beverage equipment, including soft drink fountain machines
  • Investigating and identifying issues with beverage equipment
  • Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Maintaining a positive attitude, working as a team player, and creating exceptional customer-centric organizations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of beverage equipment and maintenance procedures
