Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving product complaints in a timely and courteous manner. This is a hybrid work solution that offers the best of both worlds, with a combination of office and remote work. Schedule and Compensation Details

We offer a competitive pay rate of $26 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including medical and dental benefits. Our hybrid work solution includes:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your typical day will include:

  • Processing product complaints through various communication channels
  • Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
  • Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
  • Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
