Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Typing Test:
Must pass a typing test with a speed of 40 wpm or higher
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a working environment
Computer Skills:
Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Physical Abilities:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Communication Skills:
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate information effectively and accurately
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Data Entry:
Performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
Manual Identification:
Performing manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
Document Classification:
Classifying documents based on client's requirements
Task Completion:
Working on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI, and other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
Problem-Solving:
Ability to problem-solve, self-guided
Compliance:
Complying with company policies and standards
