Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Real Estate Analytics and Airport Operations

As a key player in our Real Estate Analytics Team, the Senior Real Estate Data Analyst will play a vital role in helping us achieve our purpose by analyzing airport and Corporate Campus areas to provide valuable insights based on real estate data reporting. This position will serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external customers, including Corporate Facilities, Airport Affairs, and Real Estate workgroups.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Real Estate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading data evaluation, reviews, and implementing strategies to enhance the productivity and accuracy of reporting
  • Assisting in the development of new tools, equipment, and reviews to support the performance of Real Estate, Airport Affairs, and Corporate Facilities
  • Conducting an analysis to drive cost savings based on airport lease allotments and station staffing
  • Collecting and managing raw data to present actionable findings suitable for all levels of Leadership
  • Driving answers and providing recommendations about the Real Estate analytical toolset
  • Maintaining and improving the Real Estate analytical toolset, including defining content control structures, workflows, and templates, and determining on-site access permissions
  • Assisting Leadership with data gathering, evaluation, and reporting associated with department-driven metrics
  • Utilizing analytics data education and data visualization tools to acquire and recognize complex data units surrounding Company operational performance
  • Working in a collaborative spirit to mentor teammates and partner with other Company data teams
  • Anticipating problems and communicating solutions in a timely manner
  • Providing education to internal customers on reporting groups and methodologies
  • Performing other activity responsibilities as directed by Employee Leaders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of business and control standards involved in strategic planning, financial tracking, aid modeling, and maintenance practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including robust Excel experience (pivot tables, research functions, etc.), MS Access (DB queries, etc.), and PowerPoint
  • Skill in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data, including turning raw data into meaningful data using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
  • Skill in enhancing existing data solutions while balancing assigned work and ad-hoc requests
  • Ability to apply logic and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
  • Ability to research design techniques, tools, and standards involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
  • Ability to apply various methodologies and high-level statistical concepts to discover new insights or conventional metrics
  • Ability to effectively communicate data (written, verbal, and visual) with all levels of the Company, including Senior Leadership
  • Ability to gather data using both SQL and data transformation tools, including Alteryx
  • Ability to identify and analyze trends in large datasets
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to initiate tasks, perform responsibilities, respond to inquiries, provide unique or creative ideas, and develop innovative approaches to solve a problem without guidance or supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data modeling

  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and/or Python

Education

* High School Diploma or GED

Experience

* Advanced degree experience, professional and specialized knowledge in: + Analyst or equivalent function + Data series and analysis + Designing and producing data dashboards
