Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal and external clients, trading partners, and vendors who utilize our healthcare products. You'll be the face of our organization, answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls in a timely and efficient manner

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates (FCR)
  • Follow established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate resolution of issues of limited scope
  • Document all issues, comments, and resolutions in our software system applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalency

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing is a plus
  • Proficient in computer skills, including typing, navigating Windows-based platforms, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong customer service and quality orientation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, verbal communication, and written documentation skills

* Experience working in a fast-paced team environment with excellent organizational skills

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a willingness to adapt to new approaches and technologies

Hourly Rate and Other Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is between $16.00 and $17.54 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of arenaflex's applicable plans.
