[Remote] Business Analyst (Enterprise Systems)

Campus4Tech is focused on developing professionals in enterprise business analysis, and they are seeking a Business Analyst to support cloud, ERP, and digital modernization programs. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating objectives into specifications, and supporting system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and operational needs
• Translate business objectives into functional specifications and system requirements
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with business goals
• Support enterprise system implementations and enhancements by collaborating with technical teams
• Develop analysis deliverables such as:
• Business and functional requirement specifications
• Workflow diagrams and operational models
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Assist in testing phases including UAT and post-deployment validation
• Support data reviews, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements
• Help create user documentation, training content, and adoption materials
• Participate in change initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption
• Track system updates and suggest optimizations that enhance business performance

Skills

• Interest in working with large-scale business systems such as ERP, CRM, or cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills to convert business conversations into clear, actionable documentation
• Detail-oriented thinking with a passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making
• Experience or academic exposure in business analysis, operations, HR, finance, payroll, or enterprise applications
• Prior experience in functional analysis, system support, or reporting
