Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Providing expert assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote support
  • Conducting site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Obligations

As a member of our remote team, you'll be expected to:

  • Respond to client care demands and resolve technical assistance issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Investigate technical issues by gathering information, researching online resources, and collaborating with internal teams
  • Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software
  • Follow up with clients to confirm issues were resolved and provide additional support as needed
  • Complete service orders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows (client/server) and experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other Internet browsers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K project systems

  • Knowledge of email and working frameworks
  • Familiarity with printing and installation procedures
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and dynamic catalogs
  • Strong understanding of password management and data security best practices
