Job Responsibilities:
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving client complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a retail or ecommerce environment
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with data entry and analysis
