Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling live chat messages on the OnlyFans platform and social media accounts for our creators
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including answering website visitor questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Working independently to manage multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device with reliable access to the internet (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
