Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, and business stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and documentation
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; drive mitigation plans
Skills

- Candidates with no prior Project Manager title but experience in coordination, business analysis, operations, or IT support
- Fresh graduates, career switchers, or returning professionals interested in building a career in project management
