Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Shared Business Operations (SBO) team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through multiple communication channels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer interactions through multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, live chat sessions, and written inquiries
  • Responding to daily requests received through ServiceNow and thoroughly documenting discussions, including issue and resolution
  • Demonstrating a strong desire and empathy to help resolve problems and project a positive experience for each caller
  • Working in a performance-driven environment, where specific metrics and standards are used to measure productivity and quality of service
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including average handling time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution, and adherence to scripts or guidelines

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • One (1) or more years of experience in Contact Center Operations
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with Google Suite and/or Oracle
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and other customer service software

Computer Skills

* Proficiency in Google Suite (or willingness to learn)

  • Familiarity with Oracle and other customer service software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, you'll need to:

  • Read, review, prepare, and analyze written data and figures using a PC or similar
  • Possess visual acuity
  • Occasionally climb, push, stand, walk, reach, grasp, kneel, stoop, and/or perform repetitive motions
  • Work in a general office or administrative environment with minimal exposure to adverse environmental conditions
