Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
