Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist I, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolving issues efficiently with a focus on one-call resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and processes to provide accurate information and support.
- Communicating effectively and empathetically with customers, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meeting performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction, driving business growth and excellence.
- Handling customer service mail and securing sensitive data with care, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the team's success and growth.
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist I, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
