Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote our brand. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions and therapy changes, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. This role requires strong communication skills, a working knowledge of insurance and healthcare reimbursement, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our brand

  • Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions and therapy changes, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care
  • Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications and remain adherent to their therapies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, proactively gathering patient and order information
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare reimbursement, and dispensing requirements
  • Provide customer education and routine assessment and problem identification, escalating issues to a pharmacist as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone

  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Knowledge of insurance and healthcare reimbursement
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Perks

* Competitive hourly rate, with a pay range of $17.00 - $28.45
