[Remote] Intern Resilience Planning - US Remote

The Intern Resilience Planning role offers students the opportunity to engage in critical business practices and resiliency processes while gaining real-world experience in healthcare innovation during a 12-week paid internship.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the critical business practices, resiliency processes and the tools that support them
  • Work with the resiliency team in understanding, developing, enhancing, and testing resiliency plans
  • Discover and support the alignment of business process to resiliency plans
  • Understand the relationship and mapping of resiliency plans to process owners
  • Review user surveys for opportunities to improve program training requirements
  • Utilize approved AI tools wherever possible to promote efficiencies in process

Skills

  • Pursuing a degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar
  • Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
  • Embraces diverse perspectives through partnerships and teamwork
  • Effective at gathering and analyzing data
  • Works well in a highly collaborative environment
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
